Blues Begone treats both depression and anxiety. The CBT principles of treating both problems are similar in many respects and to when you learnt a useful self help strategy it will be useful for both problems.

Because Blues Begone is loaded onto your own computer and is password protected no one has to know you are helping yourself. We do ask that you allow your assessment data to be sent anonomously to our database in the USA but there is no e-mail or return address attached to this, in any case you have the choice to send the data or not.

You can use blues Begone with the new Windows Vista system. Ocasionally we have found that on the initial installation Vista generates an error message that is non fatal, but seems be be caused by Vista placing files in places that Blues Begone does not expect.
