Many thousands of people have been helped out of depression using CBT. It is a short, focused interactive treatment strategy that has very good success. It focuses on changing the thoughts and behaviours that contribute to low mood and anxiety.  There is no need to suffer from low mood, depression or anxiety.

It is an easily demonstrated fact that how you think about things affects how you feel about them. If you think you are a failure you will feel down. If you think you are going to die you will feel fearful and anxious. But how often do you really fail, how often is your life really in danger. You brain imagines fear and failure much more often than the world delivers it to your door. CBT is about re-calibrating your brain so that reality is more meaningful than imagination. the trouble is that it is hard to find a CBT therapist and it is expensive to pay for treatment.
